·       Security Deposit - This is equivalent to 1 month's hire of your storage Unit/s.

·       One Month's rental in advance - This will be prorated so that future payments fall on the 1st of each month.

·       Personal identification - Needs to be produced i.e. passport, drivers licence etc.

·       Alternative Contact details - Required in case of emergency name, address, contact numbers and email address.

·       Administration Charge - Once off fee payable on signing the contract £9.00 Excluding VAT.

·       Insurance - It is a requirement that all storage clients have insurance, this we can provide at £4 per £1,000.00 value excl VAT.

·       Padlocks - All units must be kept locked (high security padlocks can be purchased from our receptions).

·       Prohibited Goods - Firearms & Ammunition, Explosive or Hazardous goods, Toxic pollutant or contaminated goods, Food products.
